Brown’s Kids Foundation is to provide community support; avenues combating poverty and community resources for youth and families

Our Mission Statement

In 2012, Brown’s Kids Foundation, Inc. was founded by seven year NFL veteran and Mesquite native, Tarell Brown with the mission of being a catalyst for change that will empower youth to succeed in areas of education, self growth and will break the cycle of poverty. Brown’s Kids Foundation aims to give back to the community and to showcase the positive reinforcement that athletics and mentoring can give. We are determined to continue to reach our youth and show them that hard work DOES payoff.

Because we understand the struggles of our at-risk and inner-city youth, we are committed to empowering and developing activities for youth from underserved communities. Realistically, we want to convey to all youth that no matter what your circumstances are, if you work hard, you can achieve your goals and succeed. Our organization seeks to encourage today’s youth to reach their full potential in both academic and athletic pursuits.

Our goal at Brown’s Kids Foundation is to provide community support; avenues combating poverty and community resources for youth and families who are in need. Protect children, Empower Parents, Promote Education

We need you now

Belief in the Individual is the Most Lucrative Investment

Joining Tarell will be some of his NFL teammates and high school cheerleading coaches, all donating their time to teach the Dallas youth. They will be put through position-specific drills, special teams participation, competitive 1-on-1 drills, and team offensive vs. defensive simulated scrimmages. Participants will also be instructed on proper warm-up and stretching techniques, conditioning and sports nutrition. Current Stallion coaches and the North Mesquite Cheerleaders will instruct cheerleader participants. At the end of the camp the cheerleader participants will showcase what they learned for the crowd. This camp will be a great opportunity for young aspiring athletes to receive firsthand knowledge from the pros themselves. For more information and to preregister your camper, click here.

The free Youth Football and Cheerleading Skills Camp is set to take place on Saturday, June 24th and will be open to the first 400 preregistered campers grades 2nd -12th.
